This is a very healthy and hearty chili with plenty of flavor. It’s simple and quick to make and tastes even better the second day! Serve this with lowfat Cheddar cheese and lowfat sour cream. It’s also delicious over brown rice or whole wheat pasta. Using fat-free ground turkey is a leaner substitution for ground beef and the fact that there is very little added salt makes it a heart healthy smart choice!
